Bentley Williams is the Principal Consultant of Bentley Williams Consulting. He has extensive experience and is regarded as a transformational personality who is able to engage, influence and inspire. Always positive and energetic, Bentley seeks to grow people and organisations.
 
Bentley was the Director of Education with Pan Pacific Singapore and was responsible for the development of staff at all levels and the creation of an effective learning culture in the organisation. He was instrumental in establishing The Pan Pacific Career Development Institute, Singapore – an in-employment institution offering a Diploma in Hotel Operations with a Transfer of Credits agreement with Griffith University, Queensland.

He has facilitated numerous local and regional workshops, retreats and conferences; receiving rave reviews for his effective, highly interactive and inspiring sessions.

Bentley has also consulted and facilitated workshops and retreats for Daimler Chrysler, Cycle & Carriage, Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore, Reuters, Monetary Authority of Singapore and Microsoft, delivering effective solutions in the area of the Customer Experience, Management Development, Teambuilding, Sales, Communication and Trainer Certification.
 
In seeking to make the difference, Bentley constantly seeks to drive changes at the personal level, believing that his goal should be the experience of change at the individual level of the clients and participants. They would then influence the change in the organisations.

Chuen Lai Pyng is a Senior Consultant with Bentley Williams Consulting.

Pyng has been working in the area of human capital development as well as service quality for many years. She has working experience in both large corporate organisations as well as consulting firms.

In her current role as a consultant, Pyng regularly helps her clients assess the capabilities of their staff as well as improve their staff’s performance through training and coaching. She is an active practitioner in both behavioural interviewing and behavioural assessment, and has delivered management development as well as customer experience workshops for audiences of varied levels. She also designs processes and systems to help clients achieve their specific business needs.

Prior to her current consulting role, Pyng headed the learning and development department in Pan Pacific Singapore and was responsible for the execution of learning and development activities for all levels of the hotel. She also facilitated the implementation and maintenance of an operating procedures system that helps to ensure product and service consistency.

Pyng has also spent several years training and developing the flight attendants of Singapore Airlines. Whilst with the airline, she was responsible for managing the service standards and customer feedback, and was actively involved in the development and implementation of new products and services that better meet customers’ needs.

Pyng is experienced in facilitating and designing workshops for different levels of employees. Her areas of expertise include leadership skills, personal effectiveness skills, customer experience, corporate image and teambuilding.

When working with clients, she places a strong focus on developing sound understanding of their needs and forming close partnerships with them so that she could recommend and deliver the solutions that would bring the best results and add the most value.

 

Celine Ng is a Manager at Bentley Williams Consulting. In line with the company’s purpose of “Growing People. Growing Organisations”, Celine believes in partnering clients to bring out their best by focusing on their needs and developing customised solutions. Enthusiastic and passionate, Celine enjoys working with people and seeks to establish strong partnerships with clients. She is involved in the research and design of customised solutions and training programmes for clients.

Prior to joining Bentley Williams Consulting, Celine has had experience in both the transportation and service industry. In her tenure with Comfort Bus Pte Ltd, Celine was involved in the marketing aspects of transportation services to corporate clients and government bodies. During her previous employment with SAFRA National Service Association, she was actively involved in the development of initiatives to increase service level as well as the conduct of awards and recognition schemes to encourage service excellence.

Celine was responsible for the development and execution of awards at both the club and individual level such as the SAFRA Club Excellence Award, an annual accolade with the objective of increasing service level at key customer touch points. She also monitored service standards, managed customers’ feedback and contributed to the customisation of service quality training programmes for service staff and supervisors.

 

Eliza is an Associate Consultant with Bentley Williams Consulting. Prior to that, she was a Manager with The Green Lab. In line with the company’s emphasis on being customer centric, Eliza always focuses on assessing the clients’ needs in detail and establishes strong partnerships with them so as to develop customised solutions that address their specific needs. She is involved in the research and design of customised solutions and training programmes for clients.

Prior to joining The Green Lab, Eliza has had experiences in both the hospitality and retail industry. During her previous employment with G2000 Apparel (S) Pte Ltd, she has delivered different programmes and conducted numerous theoretical and practical competency assessments for staff.

She has also contributed to the National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) initiatives in Pan Pacific Singapore and G2000 Apparel (S) Pte Ltd where she assisted in the application and documentation process as well as the development of the National Skills Recognition System Approved Training Programmes.

In her tenure with a Human Resource Consultancy, Eliza had also been involved in conducting pre-audit checks for clients who were preparing for the People Developer Standard audit.  Her experience in the documentation and maintenance of the Human Resource Development system for the People Developer Award in G2000 Apparel (S) Pte Ltd has further enhanced her knowledge in the People Developer Standard.
